Network Marketing Puzzles – What Pieces are you Missing?

It seems like a lot of people in MLM network marketing are frustrated. A lot of people are tired of being sold a program, and then not really knowing what to do with it. There’s really 3 pieces of the puzzle to being successful.

3 Network Marketing Puzzle Pieces – Are you missing any of these?

1) Marketing-When you’re getting started you need tons of hungry, qualified, interested people to work with. There are many different kinds of marketing ranging from making up a names list, to Pay Per Click, or Even marketing with articles.

2) Recruiting – If people say they are interested, you need a way to give them more information and answer their questions so they can make a decision. This could be as simple as sending them to a website, handing them a DVD, or setting up a 3-way call with your upline.

3) Team Success – In network marketing, it’s all about duplication. You could try working yourself to death enrolling tons of people, but what you really need is about 6-12 people that consistently enroll a handful of people monthly. If you have a group of any size, start a weekly team call. If you don’t know what to talk about, ask people what they want to accomplish with their business, what their goals are for the week, and then next week, just ask people how they did with their goals the previous week.

When you have all the pieces, you have a constant source of new leads, a process that can other people can follow to duplicate, and a small group of people that are helping each other move forward to the next level… and that is a powerful system.
