A network marketing system should ensure your success. It’s absolutely critical that your network marketing system have these 3 system parts.

3 Network Marketing System “Must Haves”

1) A Marketing System – There’s an old saying that goes “There’s a funny thing that happens to businesses without marketing… and that’s NOTHING”. And I agree. If you don’t have new interested prospects to work with, I can pretty much guarantee you that your business will not grow. Why do so many people eat at McDonald’s? It’s because they invest a lot of money into their marketing system. Your network marketing system should include a plan to help you market your business. There are free ways to market (like article marketing) and ways that cost money like making a names list.

2) Educational System – Once someone says is interested, you need an easy to use follow system that informs and educates your prospect, so they can make a decision. Some will say ‘No thanks’, and some will say ‘sign me up’. Either way is ok. YOUR focus should be getting as many people into your educational system with your marketing, and then letting your system sort those that are uninterested out. An educational system will automate much of the mundane parts of getting the information out, so you can focus on building relationships with people who are really interested.

Look at it this way. You can only do 10-20 personal presentations a week, but you could get 1,000 people to your website. Which way do you think is most effective?

3) Team Building System – the goal in network marketing is ultimately create an income that you can walk away from. To do that you MUST develop your team. If you have 600 customers and no leaders, you’re going to be extremely busy every month just dealing with customer questions, orders, and problems. But if you just had about 6 developing leaders, you could easily take 3 weeks off knowing that your team is taking care of business. You must have a method, process, or system of developing leaders on your team. Your network marketing system must include a way of developing your key people. This can be done with a weekly team conference call, and a few training calls every month.

Your network marketing system must include a Marketing System to attract new interested people, an Educational System to help prospects decide if it’s for them, and a team building system to help your team become successful.
